About us
Inspiring, training and supporting teachers and young people in marginalised communities
For the past 25 years, MEP has worked with victims of war, poverty and oppression from Myanmar, regardless of their ethnic or religious background. We continue to support our partners in Myanmar in spite of the ongoing conflict, and, at this time of increasing need, we offer hope and the opportunity of education for refugees and marginalised communities on the Thai/Myanmar border.
We have a team of dedicated education specialists who travel to difficult to reach areas to offer support to teachers in their schools. Our projects focus on skills development, mentorship and English Language courses, that lead to internationally recognised Cambridge certificates, in order to improve the life chances of children and young adults in these disadvantaged communities.
Please support our cause and give the children and young people of Myanmar the opportunity of a brighter future.
